Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Event Nanny & Co.. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services

The Event Nanny & Co. provides boutique childcare services for weddings and private events in Lancaster County and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed via email or written agreement.

• A deposit may be required to secure your event date.

• Full payment is due by the date specified in your service agreement.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date with at least 14 days’ notice.
  If canceled within 7 days of the event, 50% of the full fee will be retained.
  We understand that life happens, and we aim to be flexible whenever possible.

 

4. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care, The Event Nanny & Co. is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our /privacy-policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of The Event Nanny & Co. and may not be used without permission.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lancaster County, PA.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
