Why Pricing Varies
On-site event childcare is thoughtfully customized for each celebration. Pricing is influenced by the number of children, their ages, and the duration of care required, allowing us to design support that aligns seamlessly with your event and your family’s needs.
This approach allows us to plan care that feels calm, intentional, and seamless rather than one-size-fits-all.
How We Provide Care
We offer calm, professional childcare that integrates naturally into your celebration. Care may take place at the ceremony or reception venue, within a designated private event space, or in a nearby private hotel suite reserved for children of wedding-party members and guests.
Safety & Staffing is guided by age-based ratios: Infants/babies (0–24 months): 1 nanny per 1 infant Toddlers (2-4 years): 1 nanny per 2 children Ages 4–6: 1 nanny per 3 children Ages 7–12: 1 nanny per 4 children Mixed-age groups are staffed according to the youngest child present to ensure appropriate supervision for all children.

Peace of mind for parents who want to check in during the event. Our secure live-stream allows viewing of the childcare space from your phone or tablet. **Available only where Venue Wi-Fi is accessible. $40 per event
